Here Is What to Expect:
✅ Confirmation — You will receive a confirmation of your appointment details by email or text at the contact information you provided. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details need to be corrected.
✅ Preparation — Please have all of your documents ready before the notary arrives. Do not sign any documents before your appointment — the notary must witness all signatures. Documents that have already been signed cannot be notarized.
✅ Identification — Every signer must have a valid government issued photo ID ready at the time of the appointment. Acceptable identification includes a driver's license — state issued ID card — passport — or military ID. The name on your ID must match the name on the document being signed.
✅ Signers — Please ensure all required signers are present at the appointment location at the scheduled time. If a required signer cannot be present please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
✅ Location — Please ensure your signing location has adequate lighting and a flat surface for signing. If your appointment is at a hospital care facility or other special location please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
✅ Payment — Payment is due at the time of service. SealPoint Notary accepts Square and Stripe. We do not accept cash payments.
