1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS


These Terms and Conditions — hereinafter referred to as the Agreement or Terms — constitute a legally binding agreement between SealPoint Notary LLC — a division of TruePath Group LLC — hereinafter referred to as SealPoint Notary the Company we us or our — and you the individual or entity accessing or using our website services or scheduling platform — hereinafter referred to as you your or Client.

By accessing our website at sealpointnotary.com scheduling a notary appointment through our online booking system or engaging any of our mobile notary or loan signing services you acknowledge that you have read understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions please do not access or use our website or services.

2. COMPANY INFORMATION


SealPoint Notary is a division of TruePath Group LLC operating in Ridgeland Mississippi. We provide professional mobile notary and loan signing services to individuals businesses real estate professionals title companies and organizations throughout Central Mississippi.

3. SERVICES


3.1 Service Descriptions

SealPoint Notary provides the following professional mobile notary and loan signing services:

Mobile Notary Services — SealPoint Notary provides commissioned notary public services at the client's location including acknowledgments — jurats — oaths and affirmations — copy certifications — and other notarial acts authorized under Mississippi law.

Loan Signing Agent Services — SealPoint Notary provides professional loan signing agent services for real estate and mortgage transactions — guiding borrowers through the signing of loan documents and ensuring all documents are properly executed before returning the package to the title company or lender.

General Document Notarization — SealPoint Notary notarizes a wide range of documents including but not limited to powers of attorney — wills and estate planning documents — affidavits and sworn statements — business contracts and corporate documents — healthcare directives and living wills — vehicle title transfers — adoption and child-related documents — immigration and visa documents — and financial and banking documents.

3.2 Service Area

SealPoint Notary provides mobile notary services throughout Central Mississippi including Ridgeland — Jackson — Madison — Rankin County — Hinds County — Brandon — Pearl — Flowood — Clinton — Byram — and surrounding areas. Service availability outside of this area is at the sole discretion of SealPoint Notary and may be subject to additional travel fees.

3.3 What SealPoint Notary Does Not Do

SealPoint Notary is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Notaries public are not attorneys and are not authorized to provide legal advice — draft legal documents — explain the legal effect of documents — or recommend whether a particular document is appropriate for your situation. If you need legal advice please consult a licensed attorney.

SealPoint Notary does not guarantee the acceptance of any notarized document by any third party institution court or government agency. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the document being notarized meets the requirements of the receiving institution.

3.4 Refusal of Services

SealPoint Notary reserves the right to refuse notary services in any of the following circumstances:

The signer does not present acceptable valid government issued photo identification.

The signer appears to be signing under duress coercion or undue influence.

The signer does not appear to understand the nature of the document they are signing or does not appear to be of sound mind.

The document presented for notarization is incomplete — has blank spaces that should be completed before signing — or appears to contain fraudulent information.

The notarization would require the notary to make false statements in the notarial certificate.

The requested notarial act is not authorized under Mississippi law.

4. APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING


4.1 Scheduling an Appointment

Appointments may be scheduled by phone text or through our online booking system at sealpointnotary.com. All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from SealPoint Notary.

4.2 Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a written or verbal confirmation from SealPoint Notary. SealPoint Notary is not responsible for appointments that were not properly confirmed.

4.3 Client Preparation Requirements

To ensure a smooth and efficient notary appointment clients are responsible for the following:

Having all documents ready and complete before the notary arrives. Do not sign documents before the notary arrives — the notary must witness all signatures.

Ensuring all required signers are present at the appointment location at the scheduled time.

Ensuring all signers have valid government issued photo identification available at the time of the appointment.

Ensuring a suitable location for the appointment — the signing location must have adequate lighting and a flat surface for signing.

Informing SealPoint Notary in advance of any special circumstances — including signers who have mobility limitations health conditions that may affect the signing or any other relevant circumstances.

4.4 Identification Requirements

All signers must present valid government issued photo identification at the time of the notary appointment. Acceptable forms of identification include:

State issued driver's license
State issued identification card
United States passport or passport card
Military identification card
Tribal identification card

The name on the identification must match the name on the document being signed. SealPoint Notary reserves the right to refuse notarization if the signer cannot produce acceptable identification.

4.5 Late Arrivals

If the client or required signers are not present at the scheduled appointment location at the scheduled appointment time SealPoint Notary will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before the appointment is considered a no-show. A no-show fee may apply as described in Section 6 of these Terms.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY


5.1 Client Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule a notary appointment by contacting SealPoint Notary by phone text or email. The following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment — no cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment — a cancellation fee may apply at SealPoint Notary's discretion.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment — a cancellation fee equal to the full service fee may apply.

5.2 No-Show Policy

If the client or required signers are not present at the scheduled appointment location at the scheduled appointment time and SealPoint Notary has already traveled to the location a no-show fee equal to the full service fee plus applicable travel fees will be charged.

5.3 SealPoint Notary Cancellations

SealPoint Notary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to illness emergency severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases SealPoint Notary will make every reasonable effort to notify the client as soon as possible and to reschedule the appointment at the earliest available time.

6. FEES AND PAYMENT


6.1 Service Fees

Service fees are disclosed to the client at the time of scheduling and are based on the type of service requested the number of documents to be notarized the number of signers and the travel distance. All fees are confirmed before the appointment is scheduled.

6.2 Mississippi Notary Fee Cap

The State of Mississippi sets a maximum fee that notaries public may charge per notarial act. SealPoint Notary complies with all applicable Mississippi statutory notary fee limitations. Fees for travel — waiting time — and other non-notarial services are separate from and in addition to the statutory notarial act fee.

6.3 Travel Fees

Travel fees are charged based on the distance from SealPoint Notary's service base to the appointment location. Travel fees are disclosed to the client at the time of scheduling.

6.4 Payment Methods

SealPoint Notary accepts the following forms of payment:

SealPoint Notary does not accept cash payments.

6.5 Payment Due

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance with SealPoint Notary. For loan signing assignments payment terms are established with the hiring title company lender or signing service.

6.6 Returned Payments

In the event of a returned or disputed payment the client will be responsible for the original service fee plus any returned payment fees charged by our payment processor.


7. LOAN SIGNING AGENT SERVICES


7.1 Scope of Loan Signing Services

SealPoint Notary provides loan signing agent services as a notary public and document signing specialist — not as a legal or financial advisor. Our role is to guide borrowers through the signing of loan documents — witness signatures — and ensure all documents are properly executed. We do not provide legal advice — explain the legal effect of loan documents — or advise on whether particular loan terms are appropriate for the borrower's situation.

7.2 Borrower Responsibilities

Borrowers are responsible for reviewing and understanding all loan documents before the signing appointment. If you have questions about the terms or legal effect of your loan documents please consult with your lender your attorney or your real estate agent before the signing appointment.

7.3 Document Packages

For loan signing assignments SealPoint Notary will handle document packages provided by the title company lender or signing service. SealPoint Notary is not responsible for errors or omissions in document packages prepared by third parties.

7.4 Rejected Loan Packages

SealPoint Notary makes every effort to ensure loan packages are properly executed. However SealPoint Notary is not responsible for loan packages that are rejected by title companies lenders or investors due to changes in loan terms borrower information or document requirements that were not communicated to SealPoint Notary before the signing appointment.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES


By engaging our services you agree to the following responsibilities:

8.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate complete and truthful information when scheduling your appointment including the type of documents to be notarized the number of signers and any special circumstances that may affect the appointment.

8.2 Document Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring your documents are complete and ready for signing before the notary arrives. Documents that contain blank spaces that should be completed before signing cannot be notarized. SealPoint Notary is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documents.

8.3 Do Not Sign Before the Notary Arrives

You must not sign any document that requires notarization before the notary arrives. The notary must witness the actual signing of the document. Documents that have already been signed cannot be notarized and you will need to obtain a new unsigned copy.

8.4 Appropriate Environment

You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the notary appointment. SealPoint Notary reserves the right to leave any appointment location that presents a safety concern or an unsafe environment for our notary.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


9.1 Scope of Notarial Acts

SealPoint Notary's liability is limited to the proper performance of notarial acts as authorized under Mississippi law. SealPoint Notary is not responsible for the content accuracy or legal validity of documents presented for notarization — for the acceptance or rejection of notarized documents by third party institutions courts or government agencies — or for any legal or financial consequences arising from documents that were properly notarized.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law SealPoint Notary's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SealPoint Notary for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim.

9.3 No Consequential Damages

SealPoint Notary shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services — including but not limited to delays in real estate closings — rejection of documents by third parties — or any other consequential losses.


10. INDEMNIFICATION


You agree to indemnify defend and hold harmless SealPoint Notary and TruePath Group LLC and their respective officers directors employees and agents from and against any claims liabilities damages losses costs and expenses — including reasonable attorneys fees — arising from your violation of these Terms — your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information — your failure to have proper identification at the appointment — or any fraudulent misrepresentation made in connection with our services.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the SealPoint Notary website — including text graphics logos images and other content — is the property of SealPoint Notary or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce distribute modify or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.


12. PRIVACY


Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at sealpointnotary.com/privacy-policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement.


13. GOVERNING LAW


These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hinds County or Madison County Mississippi.


14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SealPoint Notary provides its services on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties express or implied that our services will meet your specific requirements — that notarized documents will be accepted by any particular institution court or government agency — or that our services will be uninterrupted error-free or free from delay.


15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS


SealPoint Notary reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. SEVERABILITY


If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid unenforceable or contrary to applicable law that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.


17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT


These Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SealPoint Notary with respect to our services and supersede all prior agreements understandings representations and warranties.
