What do I need to bring to a notarization appointment?
You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, or passport). The ID must be current and not expired.
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. All parties whose signatures need to be notarized must be physically present and provide proper identification at the time of notarization.
Can you come to my location?
Yes. SealPoint Notary offers mobile notary services. We can travel to your home, office, hospital, or other agreed-upon location for your convenience.
What types of documents do you notarize?
We notarize a wide range of documents, including powers of attorney, affidavits, loan documents, estate forms, immigration paperwork, contracts, and more.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?
Yes. We understand that your time is valuable and offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, by appointment.
Are you able to provide witnesses if needed?
In most cases, the signer is responsible for arranging witnesses. However, we may be able to assist with providing witnesses if requested in advance.
Do you offer remote or online notarization?
No. At this time, SealPoint Notary, LLC does not offer remote online notarizations (RON). We provide in-person notarial services only.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Are you a lawyer or able to provide legal advice?
No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to notarization and form assistance where permitted by law.
